Hi Jeneme, welcome to Romani Wikipedia and thank you for your kind interest and edits here! About interwikis, usually it is not much work to do because there are bots who add the new ones automatically. But I think it is possible to add info from templates from other wikis without knowledge of Romani, the way you did making the article of Belgium. I can come later and make necessary translations in Romani. There are such templates for states, but also for towns (like in Bech), we can make others if necessary.
